   ◎　Two months in advance beginning from the first of the month.
          Example: Reservations for Sep. 10th may be made from July 1st

   ◎　Six months in advance
          Group reservations require a deposit of 1000 yen per person per night.

　◎　Telephone , e-mail and fax.

　◎　Cancellations received within 48 hours of intended arrival
          date will incur the following cancellation charges.
          Previous day through 2PM of intended check-in:  30% of room rate
          After 2PM of intended arrival date:  Full rate
